For more than 20 years, the program has helped launch the careers of future leaders through meaningful experiences, broad business exposure, and opportunities to make a real impact from day one. Past participants have gone on to become Operational Leaders, Directors, and members of our senior Executive Team.
Through three diverse rotational assignments over three years, participants gain hands-on experience across multiple business functions, develop leadership skills, and build the foundation for a rewarding career with Bimbo Canada.
