We’re proud to share that Bimbo Canada has won a 2025 Canadian Grocer Impact Award for Community Service for our commitment to Nourishing A Better World—from addressing food insecurity and supporting mental health to championing diversity, reconciliation, and environmental sustainability.
In 2024, our teams across the country:

Donated over 3.2 million units of food to more than 120 local partners.

Raised $25,500 for the Downie Wenjack Fund through nationwide participation in the Walk for Wenjack.

Planted hundreds of trees and built gardens in partnership with Canopée and other green groups.

Delivered mental health training to 1,265 associates and supported 12 CMHA affiliates.

Trained nearly 1,500 associates in Diversity, Equity & Belonging and expanded accessibility efforts.
